The Grant County Attorney serves as legal counsel to the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, the County Manager, and elected officials.
- Represent the Board of County Commissioners, the County Manager, and elected officials.
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other documents.
- Reviews proposed ordinances, resolutions, policies and procedures.
Assist Grant County staff and officials with understanding and complying with state and federal laws which apply to the County, including the Open Meetings Act, Inspection of Public Records Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Family and Medical Leave Act.
