The Grant County Community Wildfire Protection Plan (GCCWPP) addresses hazards and risks of wildland fire throughout Grant County  and makes recommendations for fuel reduction projects, public outreach and education, structural ignitability reduction, and fire response capabilities. The County comprises a diverse landscape and landownership, but a population with one common concern, the need to prepare for wildfire to reduce the risk of loss of life and property.
