With support from the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and in partnership with New Mexico Courts, Grant County conducted an engagement process to develop a community-based vision for a Civic Center redevelopment on the campus with the Old Grant County Jail, Courthouse and Black Street Building.
