Public Notice for Airport Projects

Grant County, NM (Sponsor) as owner of Grant County Airport hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged

Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 3.17% for FAA-funded contracts in fiscal years 2025 through 2027.

The Sponsor estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 3.17%, it will obtain 0.00% from race neutral

participation and 3.17% through race conscious measures.

A teleconference will be held on February 6th, 2025 from 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time to 8:30 AM Mountain

Standard Time for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting

(Construction), Title VI Program Development, & Parking Lot & Drainage Pond (Design & Construction)

Federal Fiscal Year 2026: 4.20% - Reconstruct TW A, A2, A3, A4 and Install Connector Taxiway Lighting (Design) &

Runway 8-26 Pavement Maintenance (Design)

Federal Fiscal Year 2027: N/A – No Federally Funded Project Anticipated
