Business License

  • Business Licenses are available for any business located in Grant County outside a municipality.
  • The applicant must first obtain a New Mexico Tax Id number from the NM Taxation and Revenue Department.
  • An application must be completed for each business along with a copy of the New Mexico Tax Id Certificate.
  • The fee for the business license is $25 and is for a calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and is not pro-rated.
